about hospital picture...

Hospital waitlist picture is like a mirror of situation in my country (that is Poland). I agree that picture is very funny but check this out: waiting for cardiologist: over 6 months (for regular visit), about a month to visit alergologist (that will not help you because the state is paying only for about 16 tests). We have a hospital that makes available to get to a doctor without signing half a year earlier but the same day. To get to surgeon she had to get to the hospital (and wait outside of course in long tail) about 4 A.M. (the doctor starts his work on 8 A.M.) and she was not the first patient but... 17. And the daily limit is 18!
